So I have been slacking on my food blog so i am going to do a post off!

Flawless omelet
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese ( I used mozzarella)

I really just threw it together so recipe might be off, but I was really happy how it came out not one brown spot on it. Hence the name...
